This license agreement (the Agreement) is a legal instrument between the Limited Liability RFCommanders (hereinafter - The right) and User(you), the natural or legal person (hereinafter - the User), legally enjoy all the projects environmental RFCommanders.

By installing, copying, downloading or otherwise using the Software, you are thereby accepting the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you shall not in any way to use the software product.

1. General Provisions.
1.1. By agreeing to this license agreement, you automatically agree with all the rules of RFCommanders.
1.2. The rights to the Software:
All of the exclusive copyrights to the software and documentation in print and/or electronic form by:

1.3. RFCommanders has nothing to do with copyright on the product(s) listed above in paragraph 1.2. And provides only for information purposes.
1.4 All the projects RFCommanders is totally free(free to play) of charge to the user project.

2. Administration rights.
2.1. RFCommanders Administration reserves the right to supplement/modify the existing rules stay on the RFCommanders resources without User notice/consent.
2.2. RFCommanders has every right to restrict access to the resource user, without providing reasons.
2.3. All donations are used solely for the purpose of maintaining the game projects RFCommanders (Upgrade of server hardware, pay for electricity usage/Internet access, etc.)
2.4. Donations are made at the donators own risk, we are not responsible for the loss of donated items. In the case of the donator being removed from our database we will not give or return any donations made by that player. [removed from the database = banned][All donation problems prior to 19th Nov 2009, must be directed to DEKA]
2.5. Administration RFCommander is not liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the software.
2.6. Administration RFCommanders and its employees are not responsible for the value of users playing at any game project RFCommanders.
2.7. Administration RFCommanders and its employees disclaim any responsibility for transactions that take place between players in the game, and beyond.

Forums
2.8. Spamming of forums is not allowed . If you have no business in the thread in question , DO NOT post in it .
2.9. English must be used on the forums at ALL TIMES . Any threads deviating from this rule will be removed .

Punishment - Warning followed by a Forum Ban
Rules stay connected to the project RFCommanders.

In Game Rules
3.0. Turrets at all time must be visible from all angles and not hidden ...ie by a MAU etc. (blocking NPC's with MAUs is NOT allowed )
Turrets can only be placed in the Crag Mine Core during periods when the HSK is NOT up .
3.1. Account owners are responsible for ALL actions made on the accounts , whether the account is currently under the control of the Primary user or not , and will be dealt with as though the Primary user has control.

3.1.0. Spamming of Chat Channels will result in a 1 week ban
3.1.1. Promotion of racial, ethnic and religious hatred will result in a permanent ban
3.1.2. All Character Names containing ALT letters or numbers or brackets ie [ ], Must Be CHANGED to NORMAL LETTERS / NUMBERS or a GM will Change it or BAN for 1 WEEK If you refuse or LIE about it .
3.1.2.1 Character names must be readable - ie name such as llllllll, or IlIlIl etc etc will be considered illegal.
3.1.3. Any manipulation of the user. i.e cheat engine will result in a permanent ban
3.1.4. Insults and threats to the Admins / GM's and users will result in a permanent ban
3.1.5. Advertising and self advertising will result to a IP ban
3.1.6. Sexual harassment will result with an IP ban and information sent to your ISP
3.1.7. No Camping Spawn points this will carry a 1 week / 1month BAN depending on the conditions
3.1.8. Spawn Luring - Anyone found deliberately trying to lure someone into a spawn cap will be banned as though they themselves have commited an offence under the Spawn Camping rule above.
3.1.9 . Impersonating a GM in any way or making a character with a name that is close to a GM's name/ or that has GM in it - will result in either a Forced Name Change - or a Ban dependant upon the situation .
3.2.0. Footballs - Anyone seen using a FOOTBALL & A WEAPON AT THE SAME TIME in ANY AREA will receive an AUTOMATIC 1 WEEK BAN
3.3.0. GvG Feeding is NOT ALLOWED. Guild vs Guild Matches must involve a proper fight for the points . Any feeding ( matches with no-one fighting ) will be treated as an Exploit and punishment given (ranging from CPT reduction to a ban ) .

NUKES
3.5.0 Nuking is only allowed OUTSIDE the core . ( This means anywhere on the playfield that is level with the Control Chips ). Dropping a Nuke INSIDE (Once you enter one of the tunnels leading down towards the core area ) will result in a PERMANENT BAN
3.5.1 Nukes are only allowed to be used During the Duration of a CHIPWAR ( and subsequent HSK defence / Attack) . Any use of them outside this period will result in a Permanent Ban

4.0 GM's & Admin are also allowed to have normal player characters, they build them as a normal player, with NO OTHER HELP than what a normal player would get, ie: no special eles or weapons or armor. The weapons & items they have are bought in the same way as other players from the item shop or in game cash shop. They are not to be begged or spammed for PL, items, money etc. They to are allowed to have fun playing a game, in which they all work hard to make it a good gaming experience for you all.

Elan
Placing Turrets and Traps out side the Front of elan IS forbidden , you can place turrets from the start of the scud path

SAFE ZONES
PvP off the safe zone is allowed, anyone killing or attacking while on the safezone or enticing, ie: running off the safe zone waiting for a player to hit you & running back on the safe zone then reporting them is also considered spawn camping (see rule 3.1.8 ), (this also includes buffing and debuffing) or healing another player who is in COMBAT whilst you are still on the safe zone, will result in a 1 week / 1 month ban depending on the conditions;

ARCHONS
Anyone that is appointed Council CAN NOT use a NAME CHANGE potion or the gamecp to change name until they have lost their position, going against this rule will result in a 1 month ban

GM Rule:
No Admin or GM Staff are to Hold a Race Leader Spot Or Council Spot( If these terms are not met you could loose your rights as a GM)

Once Again Failure to Abide by these rules will result in a ban from the forums and game server.
